Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases made on mybeauty-hair.com (the “Store”), operated by MyBeauty Hair (the “Seller”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders & payment

• All prices are charged in US dollars. Prices shown in another currency are indicative: your bank or Stripe converts at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see or store your card details.
• An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of stock or pricing error — you'll be notified immediately.

Custom units

• A custom wig is made to your brief. The estimate shown in the builder is indicative; the binding price is the written quote we send, which holds for 14 days.
• Production starts only once you have approved that quote in writing.
• We send photographs of the finished unit for approval before it ships. Custom units are not returnable or exchangeable once shipped, except where they are faulty or do not match the approved brief — in which case we remake them at our cost.
• Lead times are estimates given in good faith. Where a delay is our doing, you may cancel for a full refund at any point before the hair is cut or coloured.

Warranty

All products are covered against manufacturing defects for90 days from delivery. Contact us with photos or a video of the issue and we'll replace or refund the item.

Liability

Products must be used as described in their instructions. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
