A wig built to your brief, not to a size chart

Pick the base, texture, length, density and colour. We build it by hand from single-donor hair, send you photos before it ships, and put the whole thing in writing first.

Price range as you build · Written quote within 24h · Photos before it ships

How a custom build works

No payment until the quote is agreed
01

Send the brief

Fill in the builder below — base, texture, length, colour. It takes two minutes and gives you a price range straight away.

02

We come back within 24h

A real person reads it. If something in the brief will not do what you want it to, we say so before you pay, not after.

03

Your unit gets built

Single-donor hair is selected, coloured if needed, then ventilated and finished by hand. You get photos before it ships.

04

Delivered ready to wear

Pre-plucked, washed and styled, with a care card. Tracked shipping to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan.

Build your wig

Every field has a sensible default — change what matters to you
Lace base

How much scalp you want to expose, and where you want to be able to part.

Texture

Match it to your own hair if you plan to leave a blend-out.

Length

Measured stretched, from the cap to the tip. Curly textures shrink 20–40 %.

Density

150 % reads natural on camera. 200 %+ is a stage and photoshoot density.

Hair origin

All single-donor and cuticle-aligned. Origin drives lifespan more than anything else.

Colour

Anything lighter than #4 is lifted by hand in the studio — that is the slow part.

Cap size

Measure around your head at the hairline. Unsure? Pick average and we confirm before cutting.

Finishing

Add only what you want. Everything else is left as a clean, pre-plucked build.

When do you need it?

Rush slots are limited — we confirm the date before taking payment.

What every custom unit includes

Single-donor, cuticle-aligned hair

Every strand in one unit comes from one donor, running the same direction. It is why the hair does not start matting at month three.

Photos before it ships

You see the finished unit on a mannequin, under normal light, before it leaves. If the colour or density is off, we fix it then.

A remake if we got it wrong

If it arrives faulty or does not match the brief you agreed to, we rebuild it at our cost. Custom units are otherwise non-returnable — which is why we over-communicate first.

Questions people actually ask

How long does a custom wig actually take?

Three to four weeks for a standard build. Colour work adds one to two weeks because lifting raw hair safely cannot be rushed. Priority and rush slots exist but depend on studio capacity that week — we confirm the date in writing before taking payment.

Is the estimate the final price?

It is a range, not a quote. The final number lands within about 12 % of it in most cases. What moves it is the hair lot available on the day your unit is built — a 26" raw Cambodian bundle in one texture is not always priced like the next. Your written quote is fixed for 14 days.

What if I do not know my cap size?

Pick average. We send a measuring guide with three measurements to take, and we confirm the cap with you before anything is cut. Nothing is sewn to size until you have replied.

Can you match a photo?

Usually, yes — and it is the most reliable way to brief us. Add the link in the notes field. What we cannot always match is a photo that has been filtered or colour-graded; we will tell you what is achievable on real hair.

What is your policy on custom units?

Because a custom unit is built to your brief, it is not returnable once shipped. That is exactly why we send photos at the finishing stage — if it is not right, we fix it before it leaves the studio. If it arrives faulty or does not match the agreed brief, we remake it at our cost.

Do you ship outside those seven countries?

Not yet through the site. Write to us with your country and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you at a sane cost.
