We keep it simple — here's everything we do with your data.
What we collect
- Order details — name, email, shipping address, phone: used only to deliver your order and send you order updates.
- Payment — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card number.
- Custom wig briefs — when you use the builder, we keep the specification you chose plus your name, email, country and, if you give them, your Instagram handle, reference link and notes. We use them to write your quote and build the unit. Nothing else.
- Newsletter — if you subscribe, your email address and the page you subscribed from. One click to unsubscribe, in every email.
- Cart and wishlist — stored locally in your browser (localStorage), never sent to us until you check out.
How long we keep it
- Orders — for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
- Quote requests — 24 months, so we can rebuild a unit to the same brief if you come back. Ask us and we delete yours sooner.
- Newsletter — until you unsubscribe.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers, no sale of your data, ever.
- No marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
Sharing
Your shipping details are shared only with our fulfillment partners and carriers — strictly to deliver your order.
Your rights
